Contact details, emergency contact, optional GP details, bookings, payments, messages, consent records and, for clients, private session notes. Information about your health is special category data and is encrypted and access-controlled.

Why

To provide and manage your sessions (contract), to keep records we are professionally required to keep (legal obligation and BACP Ethical Framework), and with your explicit consent for health information.

How long

Who we share with

Nobody, except: payment processing by Stripe, email delivery, and where the law requires it or someone is at serious risk of harm.

Your rights
