Therapy

This Therapy Thing?

A calm, private space to talk things through, at your own pace, with someone who is on your side.

What is This Therapy Thing?

[PLACEHOLDER] Therapy is time set aside just for you. We talk about whatever feels important, whether that's something that's happened, something you're carrying, or a feeling you can't quite name yet. There's no right way to start and nothing you have to have figured out first.

I work with individuals, couples, and with children and young people alongside their parents or carers. Sessions can be face to face in Kent or online.

Who it's for

[PLACEHOLDER] People going through anxiety, low mood, loss, relationship difficulties, big life changes, or who simply feel stuck. You don't need a diagnosis or a referral to come along.

Parent & CYP sessions

[PLACEHOLDER] Sessions for children and young people (CYP) always involve a parent or guardian. Under-18s can't book on their own: a parent or guardian books, gives consent and stays in touch with how things are going.

Questions people often ask

Do I need a referral?

No. You can book directly. [PLACEHOLDER]

Is it confidential?

Yes, within the limits explained in the client contract, which you'll read and agree to before your first session. [PLACEHOLDER]

What if I need to cancel?

You can cancel or move a session up to 48 hours before at no cost. Later cancellations are still charged. [PLACEHOLDER: Dominic to confirm window]
